Welcome to NSRadio, the exclusive radio station from Nailsea School. Feel free to browse our archives, listen to our live shows, get interactive and contact us!

NSRadio is a student-led specialist status project created by pupils at Nailsea School in North Somerset, the first of its kind in the region. Since our first podcasts over three years ago we have now expanded beyond belief and broadcast live daily (weekdays). It is fully run by students, with roles varying within  the project; with DJ's, producers, technical operators, webmasters, jingles creators, graphic designers and admin.

We here at NSR are passionate about what we do, we love making great radio with the best music, great chat and will continue to do so. However we are experiencing vast issues with the new school IT network and are really really struggling to get any of our shows to air, the problem isn't at our end as we are broadcasting fine its now an issue with the school firewall blocking all of our transmissions. We have been trying to work out the issues with the external IT company but we seem to be the least of their worries. We have been told for months that they will try to fix our issues but so far progress has been limited. 

Please continue to bear with us, all shows will continue to be recorded and will all be uploaded or aired at some point or other, we just dont know when! Thank you for your continued support and loyalty. We are looking into alternative methods of broadcasting and shall endevour to be on air as soon as we can, so watch this space. 

All shows will go out, whether its by podcast or one massive live stream were not to sure! But dont worry all your fave shows will be back up soon.
